Under the mentorship of Dave Herbeck, Eric has expanded his understanding of financial planning, integrating crucial elements like tax considerations and comprehensive planning into his approach.

As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, CRPC™, Eric is well-equipped to prepare clients for this significant life transition in various stages of retirement. In addition to helping clients with retirement planning, Eric has a passion for generational wealth planning, guiding younger clients to understand the importance of investing and establishing a solid foundation for their financial futures. With over two decades of experience owning and operating a contracting firm in the Twin Cities, Eric has a great skillset for wearing many hats, working collaboratively with colleagues, and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Eric has a bachelor’s in business management from University of St. Thomas with minors in Economics and Psychology. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors riding his motorcycle, staying active at his church, travelling, and most importantly, spending as much time as possible with his wife, two daughters and the rest of his extended family.
