Blake Paurus

As our Centralized Team Lead, Blake plays a key leadership role at our firm, overseeing both our Centralized Support and Specialized Planning Teams to support advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences. He ensures both teams operate efficiently, consistently, and collaboratively, helping the firm scale operational excellence and planning capacity while maintaining a high standard of client service. With a background in customer service and personal banking, Blake has valuable experience in client relations and a keen understanding of financial processes.

Blake holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. When away from the office, you’ll find Blake on the golf course, fishing, watching movies or spending time with friends and family.
