Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate, Hannah supports the daily operational functions of the firm, ensuring that client accounts and advisor workflows run smoothly and efficiently. She plays a key part in delivering an exceptional client and advisor experience by handling account approvals, billing, data feeds, and other back-office processes with accuracy and attention to detail. Hannah works closely with advisors, client service teams, and custodians to support the firm’s operational excellence, maintain data integrity, and uphold compliance standards. With a background in communications and member engagement, Hannah has developed a robust skill set for effectively supporting our financial planning clients.
Hannah earned her degree in Journalism with a minor in Strategic Communication from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, attending concerts, relaxing with a good book or puzzle, and keeping up with her energetic 8-year-old Springer Spaniel.
