Client Services Associate
As a Client Services Associate on the Central Service team at Berger Financial Group, Joe supports financial advisory teams by opening new accounts, managing asset transfers, improving internal processes, and maintaining clear, consistent communication to ensure an exceptional client experience. Joe previously served as a Financial Services Associate at BFG, where he supported several advisory teams and gained valuable insight into the firm’s comprehensive approach to client service. Before joining BFG, he worked in Mathematics Education and Support Operations – experience that honed his communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Geography, and Healing/Spirituality Studies from the University of Minnesota, along with a Teaching License Certification from Hamline University in St. Paul. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys games, puzzles, biking, juggling, tennis, and spending time with family.
