Kim is the office administrator for our Springfield, Illinois location. Kim’s dedication to her role extends beyond the routine tasks of overseeing back-office operations. With an impressive tenure of 25+ years, she has cultivated enduring relationships with clients, making them her utmost priority. In addition to her operational duties, Kim assists financial advisors with account creation and maintenance to ensure smooth general account servicing.

Away from work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Kim’s husband works full time for the Air National Guard and military life is a large part of their family. Beyond family time, Kim finds joy at their cabin in Southeast Missouri, casting a fishing line into different lakes nearby.
