As a Client Services Associate on the Central Service team at BFG, Michael supports financial advisory teams across the firm. His primary responsibilities include managing account maintenance, processing client paperwork, coordinating asset transfers, and ensuring seamless communication with clients to deliver a seamless service experience. Before joining BFG, Michael founded and operated a handyman company, where he developed strong organizational, problem-solving, and client service skills. He also worked as a strategy intern for an equipment manufacturer, where he researched competitor strategies, contributed to M&A recommendations, and strengthened his expertise in research and financial analysis.
Michael earned his degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University, with a focus on global business and finance. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, reading, playing chess, and spending time with family and friends over a good card game.
